1. How do I register to become a member of www.dialmytrip.com? Become a member of DMT is free of cost. Click on Sign up option on the website. Within Two working days, you will receive a unique login ID and password from DMT.

2. Why should I register with DMT?

While you can book on dialmytrip.com as a valuable partner, we recommend you register with us to make the process faster and more convenient. You won’t have to spend time typing your details every time you make a booking. You will also get priority access to our travel deals by email, before anyone else.

3. Can I change my User Name and Password?

Each User Name has unique identity and cannot be change but yes you can change the password by clicking the change password option in my account section.

4. How dialmytrip.com is different from other online Portal?

dialmytrip.com is the B2B and Corporate Travel Management portal who has almost all the functionality which generally require by an agent.

5. How can I sign in to my account, if I forgot the password?

There is a option of Forgot password below the log in option on the dialmytrip.com home page. Click on Forgot password, System will ask you the registered email ID. After enter all the information, you will receive a new password through Email.

6. What are the benefits to become a member of DMT?

As you are valuable DMT partner, you will get the discount on every sales of air tickets, Hotel reservations, Holiday Packages, and other travel services

7. Can I speak to Travel Consultant, If I require any help?

Yes, You can call at any time at our helpdesk number given and also you can write us at support@dialmytrip.com . We are providing round the clock service to your valuable partners.

8. Can I add my own service fee?

Yes, you can add your own service fee. After clicking on Mark up option, you can add the service fee as per domestic and international.

9. How can I pay to purchase the travel product from dialmytrip.com Portal?

You can make a payment either through Credit card, Debit card, Net banking or through cheque / Demand Draft or Cash

10. How do I know that my credit card information is safe?

dialmytrip.com is protected by SSL (Secured Socket Layer) technology.

11. Do I need to confirm my reservation before fly?

No, you don't.

12. How do I get E Ticket?

dialmytrip.com provides you the ticket on the Portal. You can take the printout of the E ticket from the My transaction section.

13. How do I get the boarding pass?

You have to show the E-ticket along with the Positive Identification at the time of check in.

14. How do I cancel the flights?

You have to put a request on the dialmytrip.com Portal. There is an option to search the transaction and then click on the cancel option. Once it is processed you will get a cancellation ID.

15. Is there any cancellation policy set by the airline?

yes, it always different from airline to airline, classes to classes and fare basis to fare basis therefore we always suggest our valuable partners that the request should reach use at least six (6) hours prior to NO SHOW.

16. What are the cancellation charges?

The cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation.

17. What is the maximum number of seats, I can book through dialmytrip.com portal?

You can book maximum 9 seats at one time (Except Jetlite).
